Celebrate Recovery

The purpose of Church of the Harvest's Celebrate Recovery is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles."  This experience allows us to "be changed."  By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually.  We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors.  This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and a stronger personal relationship with God and others.  As we progress through the program, we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ, the one and only true Power in our lives.

This weekly meeting occurs every Thursday night at 6:45 PM for a corporate meal.  The meeting then begins at 7:15 with Praise & Worship!

Because the weekly meeting is a time for accountability and celebration, small groups meet weekly to help each one grow past their hurts, habits and hang-ups. To learn more about the COTH Celebrate Recovery meetings and small groups, please email Jennifer at:

Jennifer Hudson, Director

Jennifer Hudson learned through experience the heartache of how drugs can affect a family.  Her son was a cocaine addict for ten years and, many times, Jennifer and her family did not know where to go for help.  She tried the church however, they also were limited in knowledge of drug use.

Jennifer began searching for answers.  That search carried her to the most popular Christ-centered Recovery program in the world today with thousands of local chapters.  Jennifer truly draws from her years of challenge to bring Celebrate Recovery to a new playing field in the drug world.  However, our Recovery program is not just for addicts.  It is for anyone suffering from anger, resentment, divorce recovery, even loss of a loved one.
